The Job

We are looking for a talented, independent and enthusiastic Digital Advertising Specialist to join the Arcade team. This specialist will be responsible for daily execution of TikTok and Pinterest campaigns, Google and YouTube ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, and ensuring positive results and growth for all of our digital advertising clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with internal and external creative teams to produce ad creative, write or refine ad copy, set up and monitor ad campaigns on a daily basis, run A/B tests, communicate strategies and opportunities clearly and confidently with clients, and keep a pulse on emerging ad platforms and trends. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about data and analytics but still has a reverence for high-quality creative and messaging. 

The Responsibilities

  • Running, scaling, and managing effective digital advertising campaigns across multiple ad platforms, established and emerging. 

  • Build and manage a team of digital ad coordinators to support client’s needs and ensure all ad campaigns are running smoothly across platforms. 

  • Deliver weekly updates on ad performance and agile recommendations for all clients. 

  • Act as the client-facing advertising evangelist on behalf of the company, ensuring that all communication is clear, confident, and meticulous. 

  • Work with the digital ads team to compile expansive month-end reports and make suggestions for scaling ad spend and how best to utilize ad budgets. 

  • Operate with the highest level of integrity when managing client ad budgets and utilizing internal QA processes for managing budgets.

The Candidate

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in creative writing, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.

  • 3-5 years of experience managing six and seven-figure ad budgets.

  • Agency experience preferred. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Precise attention to detail.

  • Commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation.

  • Must be teachable and have an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Proficient experience with Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube, Google Ads and Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Google Data Studio, Shopify/Shopify Plus, TikTok Ad Platform, and Pinterest Ad Platform. 

  • The charm and a friendly attitude to explain complicated data (internally and with clients).
