After over a decade of experience in digital marketing, Morgan has led strategy for companies of all shapes and sizes. Her extensive background in content marketing, podcasting, and editorial projects allows her to zoom out and protect the integrity of a brand’s narrative, while her expertise in data analysis and lead generation ensures business objectives remain front and center. As Strategy Director, Morgan works cross-functionally within Arcade and serves as a strategic partner and advocate for clients. Her approach is equal parts art and science—blending thoughtful, creative work with measurable results. Her goal is for clients to feel like they can ask questions, bring ideas, and understand the chosen strategy. Beyond client work, Morgan is a key collaborator on Arcade’s newsletter, Scan Club, working alongside Creative Director Alyssa Yuhas.
